Subject: Volunteering opportunities for students

To whom this may concern.

Every year we give chance to many volunteers to work in our team which is trying to make difference to the life of so many people and helping in beating cancer sooner. We are looking for enthusiastic people who possess the passion to make a difference to the society thus, we would like to collaborate with your society and give your members a chance to become a part of our volunteering team.

Volunteers are the heart of our organisation. Last year our Cancer Research charity shops across UK raised an incredible £80 million and this wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our volunteers. Our volunteering opportunities not only give them a chance to furnish the skills they already have but they develop new skills and confidence in various roles. They get a chance to meet diverse group of people and they can then transfer the skills learnt with us in achieving their future goals. Not only the skills learnt look good on their CV but our volunteers feel immense satisfaction by contributing their time and efforts in helping us in helping 3 in 4 people surviving cancer by 2034.

We have diverse roles available in our charity shops like Customer Assistant and Shop Fundraising Volunteer and would like to register with your society to give this chance to your volunteers. It would be really appreciated if you could promote our volunteering opportunities and encourage your members to volunteer in our team. If this opportunity sounds good to you then please let us know and we’ll provide you with all the relevant information and roles available.

Best Regards
