If you are a student leaving the college, please be aware that once your user account is deactivated your Office 365 subscription will also cease. This means that any data you have stored on Office 365 (email, calendar and files) will be removed after a period of 30 days after you leave the college. You can save a copy of your data before you leave by following the steps in the PDF attached. It is recommended to do this on your own computer so you can save the files on it directly.
